Capfin loan (****)
Hello Capfin, someone took a loan on my name and I took it up with your legal department, I was requested to submit affidavit, bank statements and case number from the bank which the loan was taken (FNB) however the bank could not assist me with case number because they cannot pick any payment from Capfin.
Sent back all the documents I managed to get (without case no), few weeks later the capfin just closed my case due to outstanding documents, tried to download Capfin App to try to make good sense of the loan and the numbers which were on the system don't belong to me and the email address as well.
Can Capfin please do a full investigation on this loan and clear my name because it negatively affect my credit score badly.
