Capfin loan clearance

I need help with my husbands loan information from Capfin. Mxolisi Batana id number ********** 378082,ref ********** 4. This loan was paid up by me through a debit order that deducted from my bank account. Last year it showed up when we were checking our bills. Been trying to get information with no luck.
