CAPFIN loan
What a bad service from you guys.Inwas called by some some debt collector saying my account has been handed over but I'm paying my account via debit order every month.I took out a loan with you in January and you are debiting on the 26th with no failure ,for you to hand me over for nothing it's bull ****.I spoke to three different stupid consultants who knows nothing .

16 Apr 2021, 18:27I'm rating Va minus now, from better to worse servicecinsultants from Caption are useless,you don't resolve matters but making it worse . I'm not going to go any under debt collection knowing very well that I'm paying my account and it's not in arrears.
Will not pay a cent untill you get my issue resolved.Pathetic service you don't know how to treat your customers , clearly you for not value your customers.
I'm tired of sending emails and calling in.

I'm rating Va minus now, from better to worse servicecinsultants from Caption are useless,you don't resolve matters but making it worse . I'm not going to go any under debt collection knowing very well that I'm paying my account and it's not in arrears.
