Capfin lack of TCF

I received a call 4rm Capfin on da 3rd 4rm a consultant named Sinazo she was very rude n spoke down 2 me even going as far as spelling her name 2 me in a rude manner. She said I have not paid my loan since May n I must make payments by da 4th or I'll b handed over 2 da lawyers yet no1 has bothered 2 inform me of this since may I didn't even know da bank had stopped da payments. I am disgusted by da consultants attitude coz I was not treated fairly TCF I also worked in collections n never spoke 2 clients in such a manner
