CAPFIN IS HOPELESS

i dont know how CAPFIN can still be in business, there service is pathetic, I had a loan with them 2 years ago, then I paid up my account, received the paid up letter and was advised by the manager that the account has been settled and closed, last week I app**** for a home loan and only to find out that so called paid up letter was never sent to ITC or Experian as they listed me for bad debt as the account is now in arrears, what the hell!!!! , now I am trying to get hold of these useless ppl and they ignoring my calls but yet they cant do there jobs, next step is sue them
