Capfin is hands down the WORST financial service provider

Capfin is hands down the WORST financial service provider out there. A double payment was made into their account by mistake, and despite speaking to countless agents who promised my refund would be processed within 24–48 hours, it’s now been over FIVE days with ZERO response. Every time I call, I get the same pathetic excuse: *“Our superior is not available.”*

This is beyond unacceptable. Their incompetence and lack of accountability are shocking. **Avoid Capfin at all costs — their service is a nightmare. Consider this a warning: DO NOT use their services.**
