CAPFIN is a LOAN-SHARK

I took out a small loan in September 2015 and my first instalment went off no problem but the 2nd month CAPFIN tried to take the money on the 25th and as I had not been paid yet the debit-order bounced twice and I was penalized twice. I was upset and stopped the debit-order. I then paid CAPFIN monthly via PEP stores an agreed amount but my debt never reduced. I now have a collection company who has taken over the account. My advice to any-one thinking of using CAPFIN to rethink and NOT use them.
