Capfin is a ****

I have a loan that i took out with capfin 2024 and SMC took over from them i made an arrangement with DMC now all of a sudden They added an enquiry on my credit score file last month that shows i have missed payments i called DMC to try and find out what is going on i was advised that Capfin took over again from them and none of this was communicated with me the debt is no Longer with DMC again it went back to Capfin hence it shows missed payments from january but their enquiry was added last month now it shows i owe both Capfin and DMC
