Capfin is a **** company
Capfin offers **** of a service, I have been trying to contact so that I can get a settlement letter for a loan that I have with them. I have been taken from pillar to post since the past 3 weeks. The call center agents (Noluvo) always tell me that my account have been handed over to their legal department, they give me a list of contact numbers to call ***, ***, and an email "***" but no one answers nor reply to those contact methods. All I want is to settle the loan I have with them but it seems like I have to go to the moon to can accomplish that. I am ****ed and fed up with the service I am getting.
