Capfin is a ****
Capfin is refusing to close my account whereas it’s been paid off and has been long overdue since I couldn’t afford to pay for a couple of years. Now I’ve paid it off and when I asked for a paid off letter I’m told they add charges daily and that there’s also a settlement amount they still have to charge. Mind you I paid twice this month and after the first payment they added interests and now they want to add more in the same month. The account was supposed to have been closed long ago and I didn’t agree to any payment arrangement since it’s been in arrears. I want this account closed urgently I do not owe you. Everyday I receive over 10 calls from these people

29 Nov 2023, 09:26I spoke to one of your consultants from the collections department and she confirmed that I do not owe anything hence I qualify for another loan(which I do not want) and she also confirmed what I said. She also stated that I should expect a paid up letter in 3-4 days. This was on the 27th. Yesterday on the 28th your consultant contacted me with regards to this complaint and he was still saying the opposite of what the collections agent said. I want this account closed as in yesterday. It’s a headache dealing with Capfin and endless calls everyday from different people.
