Capfin instalment

I have a loan with Capfin. This December 2025 was supposed to be my last instalment then I received an sms that Capfin will deduct on the 18th but I quickly sent the an email instructing them to deduct on the 22nd because I was getting paid on that day but my normal deduction date it was the 25th. On the 22nd they did deduct but when I check my Capfin statement the 22nd instalment doesn’t appear then I got an sms that said I didn’t pay but on my account there was a debit order on the 22nd, I then sent an email to Capfin along with my statement showing the debit order from Capfin , they responded on 27th saying there’s a delay from my bank but they’ll investigate it and give me feedback but since today 1st of January there’s no feedback but I only received a threatening sms that say “avoid legal hand over and make a payment”, like how whilst my money was taken on the 22nd”. I will never take a loan from Capfin ever again if this is how you treat your clients.
