CAPFIN INCORRECT DEBITTING DATES
<p>I have a serious PROBLEM with CAPFIN debitting my ABSA Cheque account on the wrong date and in the process costing me R150 extra in bank charges on a monthly basis. I get paid every MONTH END and they, CAPFIN debit my account a day before my salary gets depositted into my account. This accrues R150 in bank charges everytime they do this. I have written an e-mail and also called them to humbly ask if they can fix the problem and they said they cannot assist me, I have to continue paying R150 every month until I finish paying off the loand. That is R150 x 6 = R900 in 6 months for a person like me who does not get paid enough. Can someone please help me out with this problem.</p>
