CAPFIN INCOMPETENCE

I paid my Capfin account 6 years ago. Capfin has not updated my credit report. This has negatively affected my score as I failed to secure a homeloan. I contacted Capfin numerous times, to ask them to update their records, but I got no responses. I called their call centre and was given a number to call, when I called the number, it's an answering machine. They are just sending me from pillar to post.
