Capfin have no customer services
They are the worst with customer service.Their call center agents are rude and can not help customers and not even transfer your call to the relevant department.I app**** for a re-loan cause I am left with 2 payments from my previous loan this was on the 27th May fast forward to today I do not qualify for a loan after I was told loan is approved the money will reflect in my account soon this was Friday.Monday my account shows 0.00 I cant get money.How and why
