Capfin flights instead of helping

I've been trying to get a hold of Capfin to clear my name. My credit score is being held at their mercy and I'm trying to get it sorted. I keep calling the consultants and they refer me to the ***** department. When I talk to one of the people there they tell me they'll get back to me within a week, and they never call me back. I can't get anymore credit or the interest rates are high which I'm trying to salvage. Please help me.
