CAPFIN & FENWICK BOSHOFF ATTORNEYS
I am trying to settle my Capfin account, called Capfin and they said my account has been handed over to FENWICK BOSHOFF ATTORNEYS, worst company ever as I tried calling Fenwick and their number rings and no one answers, I spoke to Capfin Legal dept to ask if I cannot settle in a store and be provided with a paid up letter and I was told to contact the attorneys, how must I settle this account if neither CAPFIN nor FENWICK BOSHOFF is of help?? This is really the worst service ever . I need Capfin removed from my credit report and want to settle the account but I have no idea where to settle it. I am considering informing the NCR that CAPFIN is not compliant to the NCR Act

02 Nov 2021, 10:48Good day, refer to the above review, I have paid the settlement amount to Fenwick Boshoff Attorneys and send them proof of payment, I called for a paid up letter and the guy told me to call back on Thursday. I tried calling again from my cellphone to find my number is diverting, then tried calling from another number and it rang but no answer. Why was my number blocked by them after requesting a settled letter?? Capfin appointed these attorneys and I have paid them I need a paid up letter and Capfin removed from my credit report. Please solve this matter with urgency as I think I might have been ****med
