Capfin failed to refund my R3000 over 4 months waiting

I had a loan with capfin then as I had extra cash I decided to pay R3000 in September 2018 directly to pep, bt capfin kept calling me to make pay ments then I decided to Sattler my account I called the legal team they told me that If I wanted to make a once off settlement I should pay R5650, they told me that the R3000 I paid would take up to 6 weeks to reflect and I could simply get the money refunded, as I wanted to get out of debt I paid the R5650 end of September 2018.

I have been calling the legal department ever since for my R3000 that I paid now they keep giving me the run around. The legal department say that the refund has been processed and sent to the finance department bt I still haven't received the R3000.

I call them everyday still no brake through last they said I should wait 7 working days to get feedback from them finance department and I did wait now as I call the legal department they keep on giving me the run around.

I am disappointed in capfin, I settled the account I need my extra R3000 that I paid to them refunded.
