Capfin empty promises
I had a loan with capfin and last year November 20, i paid them off, I was promised my account will be removed from ITC, after 21 working days, since November it shows on ITC that owe same amount which is paid up, I have even paid up letter, when I call, I'm being taken to pillar to post nothing get resolved.
