Capfin early payment deduction. Theft

I took a loan from Capfin. The agreement is to deduct the monthly payment on the 26th of every month. Today, on the21st December 2020 the payment was deducted from my account. I called the Capfin helpdesk and all I hear is excuses of why the money cannot be refunded. I see this as contract breach as in my contract it state that the payment date is the 26th or the first working day there after. I need the ombydsman's number as this is theft.
