Capfin - Early debit orders - now I must pay bank charges

What is the point of having a debit order date if Capfin will do there own thing anyway. My debit order date is the 25th and I get an SMS on the 22nd that I need to have funds in my account. Now my bank is charging me R150 for unsuccessful debit order. I call in and they say is a system thing and cannot refund me. What BS, then the system is stupid. I get paid on the 25th per the contract. No I must be penalised for the incompetence of Capfin. I WANT MY MONEY.... I cannot afford to throw away money every month. Eugene De Villiers. you need to sort out your system or find a new job, because this just aint for you... Get your house in order, fix your system and refund my money.

I just received a call now from Capfin (26/07/22 at about 9h50). They will not refund me. Gloria agrees with me that there system is flawed. She says that if a debit order is loaded for a Monday there system cant sent some kind of authorisation over a weekend. Then the debit order with be for the Friday. What **** is that.. and apparently the CEO Eugene De Villiers knows about this flawed system and does nothing. He should be fired as so many people are complaining about the same thing. The incompetence stems from the top. If the CEO is useless then so is staff. I will take this further to the Ombudsman as well.

Just as I thought, CAPFIN taking no responsibility for their flawed debit order system as commented by their own employee (Gloria). They will not refund me the R150.00 bank charges
The CEO Eugene De Villiers is doing nothing about and the CFO Rudy Van Rensburg is also doing nothing about it. The COO Iles Oosthuizen is doing nothing about it either. All these people are doing nothing about it, That makes me think that. The either know about it and are doing nothing, how can the not know because everyone is complaining... or they are so bad at there jobs that they don't have the know how to fix it. If that is the case they should be fired for incompetence... We all need to petition that the debi-check practices need to be change as these companies are hiding behind some industry standard BS. Is the below industry standard.
"Capfin is entitled to track your account for up to ten days and represent the instruction for payment as soon as sufficient funds are available in your account"
10 days.. really, so they can come collect 10 days before the time, If I have no funds, then I must just pay R150.00 bank charges for unsuccessful collection.

I will name and shame the CEO, CFO & COO every day until I am refunded.
Eugene De Villiers, Rudy Van Rensburg , Iles Oosthuizen get your house in order...
