Capfin dont want to assist me

I had a loan account with Capfin in 2017 which is paid up but is still in Open status with the credit bureau. I have been asking Capfin to please inform the credit bureau that my account is closed, but it is too much trouble for them and they dont want to assist me. This is impacting my credit rating.
