Capfin does not want to restructure my loan

I ran into arrears with Capfin and managed to settle most of it. Unfortunately, I am not in a position to keep paying the R1200 monthly instalments. I phoned them to make an arrangement and they would not restructure the account for me to pay it back at a better more affordable rate. I would like to settle my account but they aren't being very helpful. They say they are not allowed to restructure my loan account with them to lower my instalments.
