Capfin disgusting service

Capfin just made my life a living hell ,really ********* ,no call center empathy ,never has a manager on site ,I took a 6 month loan out with capfin ,Payments was made in full for 6 months ,capfin continued charging me interest ,until I saw a sms I owe Capfin R308,which was interest on a payed up account, I called and advised that I will go to pep and pay ,Next best thing capfin debits my account on the installments I was paying when I had the loan +-R1200, So I decided to Call the call center they advised they either cant hear me or the network is bad ,or ill get a manager to call back ,This is money kept for transport as cost of living is already so high ,Then couldn't go to work today as my account is empty and capfin debited my last funds after budgeting ,no money ,no refund ,no call back ,very disgusting service .Spoke to Tumelo he had promised someone will call me back .
