Capfin declined me for their mistake
I app**** for a capfin loan on the 18th of April 2024 and the offer was 5500. When applying online I entered my work number and there was an option to enter an alternative work number. So I entered my bosses cell number as well. Then when trying to log on the alternative number became my OTP number. 19th April I missed a call from capfin but when I got to work my boss advised capfin called for confirmation. Now I check my email and it's declined shortly after I missed the call. Then I call the call center to change the login numbers again and find out why it declined as I was approved. No one can tell me why
