Capfin debiting before due date.

I have a Capfin loan and Capfin is processing the debit order days in advance before the due date. Please note the contractual agreement is on the 1st of each month when my salary is available. Debiting before the due date is going to incur additional costs as the overdraft facility is only for emergencies and not a benefit to debit before the due date and a breach of contract. Please ensure your debits are for the 1st not before this date. I will, therefore, be lodging a formal complaint with the relevant ombudsman if this is not rectified.
