Capfin debit order
Capfin is a serious **** they called me last month and told me my account was on arrears off which I didn’t dispute . I then asked them I can make payments last day off the month since I switched jobs and my pay date has changed. But they still took money before the strap date I called the again this morning and they told me that if my account is in arrears they are obliged to go into my account and debit money even though they is no money In my account mind you the bank is charging me every time there is no money and my account my question is what is the use off arrangement if the company will take money into my account when it suits them???
Capfin I am really disappointed in you. You are just ****ming us nje. If you wana take a loan with Capfin think again.

27 Sept 2024, 09:23Someone from Capfin called me this morning but nothing has been resolved . She said the only arrangements I made with Capfin was for the arrears not my actual debit order . To me it does not make sense Bev I’ve mentioned I get paid last day off the money so automatically I will be able to pay them last day off the month. All I can say to people do not take loans with Capfin you will regret it. These people don’t care about us they just want to make money and ***** money from us. This is Basically day light ******* if you ask me .
