CAPFIN Debicheck system dont work on weekends

I think Capfin needs to change its processes and close their app on weekends because it doesnt work it sends expired debicheck mandates only monday and blame their issues on our banks. its Wednesday now since ive app**** for a loan saturday. I've came here to check if its only me that has this issue turns out m not because their consultants are trained to make it as if this is a bank problem and they can do nothing about it .I've even ask them to cancel it , that was not an option either, when you need a loan you need it when you need it at that time of an emergency no one has 7 days to halt their emergencies
