CAPFIN CSD USELESS!

Capfin customer services and their legal department are USELESS!!!, My account is handed to some non existent collections company..Number not working mails not answered yet i cannot get assistance from CAPFIN LEGAL telling me account is handed??

So now i'm waiting again for a call from a so called LEGAL MANAGER she said withing an hour at 9:16am
