Capfin consultants are lazy and ***********

I app**** for a loan on the18th of april and qualified for 5500. I sent my documents on the 18th as well. My company was called on the 19th (this morning) to confirm employment. My boss advised capfin called before our operating hours but he was there and was able to confirm employment. I realized I was called shorty after but I missed the call, immediately after I was sent an email stating I do not meet the criteria. The consultant was just lazy as of I did not meet the criteria they would not have called to confirm employment in the 1st place. The consultant was supposed to call a second time instead of declining the application. That is ***********, lazy and unprofessional. The consultant wasn't really audible but my boss said her name is Misheeka
