CAPFIN Company and staff members are all ********. Beware!!

Good day I am a victim of ***** and I am so upset with what CAPFIN has done, and their processes, as they have totally disregarded my rights and are currently jeopardizing my future with threats saying that they will hand me over to the credit bureau. They have failed me than once to provide me with proof that it was I indeed who took the loan. I feel like they claim that I took a loan, and suddenly want their money with interest. I would like recordings of their conversations they claim they had with me, the details of the person who took the loan, and their ***** teams investigation findings. I am not happy that I fell victim to ********, who are threatening me daily. It's called harassment. Capfin is not a ligit company because this shows that anybody can rip them off. I have a membership with Scorpion Legal Protection, Claim number ***7. They still have not responded to both Scorpion and I. I am fed up and expect a result where my credit history will not be jeopardized.
