Being January things are a little tough. I was curious so became a member of the "Loan Find" Family. On Saturday morning I was phoned by someone from Capfin who asked a million questions, wasted 35 minutes of my time and I was congratulated on getting pre-approval for the amount that I assume some system threw out. I sent all the documents which according to the SMS were successfully uploaded. They did the employment check this morning. The reason I know this is because I was baby-sitting at Reception at the time. Everything was hunky then at 15.40 i received an sms to say it was declined. Not only am I furious by the way in which they got information out of me on the strength of a pre-approval, I am now kicking myself and wondering where all of my information is going. ID, Bank Statements, Paysheets, proof of residence - the whole bundle. I looked up "Pre-approval" and as I had thought it meant that it was 90% approved they just need to check facts. For an international company their idea of integrity is weird

They brag that they can do it in 48 hours - the NCR told me that they have to give you the reason for the decline in writing. They called me last Saturday and took an hour of my time - I wonder how many other people are in this predicament
