Capfin breaking Level 3 Lockdown Regulations for their own benefit

So I don't dispute that I owe Capfin money, but in how many different languages would they like me to tell them telephonically that I will pay as soon as I find a job - it's kind of difficult finding employment during Covid-19. So then under our wonder Level 3 lockdown regulations Capfin deems it necessary to send out a debt collector to my house who still insisted on coming inside to my lounge to ask me for a few bucks on my account "that I must get where" the government already declined my R350 application, because I have a tax number, even though I don't get paid because I don't have a job anymore. So how legal was this of Capfin to send someone to house for collection of arrear payments under our current level 3 regulations.
