Capfin bad client service

I have settled my loan on the 12th of september then on the 27th the debit order went through, I called capfin office then I was told to apply for a refund through email and I never received my refund. Everytime I make a call they keep on telling me that the refund will be processed soon, it shows that capfin does not care about their clients all they care about is doing something that benefits them as a company whether the client is happy or not they don't give a damn
