Capfin assistance, and debt settling, Unreliable.

I have been trying to get in contact with Capfin through callback requests and contacting them myself. I have been contacting the Legal team too for info and guidance on my situation, but they have been hanging up on me even after waiting to get through to a consultant for an hour.

I am trying to apply for a consolidation loan and my application has been through all our banks, all of which says that Capfin is putting a blockage on my profile which is preventing me from applying for a consolidation loan. I want to figure out on what I can do to clear the blockage to settle my debt with them through the consolidation loan, but no contact and no feedback has taken place.
