Capfin arent professional as they seem

I had taken a loan with Capfin then I lost my job. Fine I fully understand i had judgments to pay I was taken to their debt collectors in November then end of that month I paid the company off. Last week I called in to find out why they haven't cleared my name as it still shows on my credit report that I owe them. The lady I spoke to didn't know English she told me to call black fox and gave me the incorrect number and said I must deal with them when I called blackfox they said no deal with Capfin. This company may be helping us south Africans but thy have poor customer service and for a judgement that occurred in November 2014 the company still hasn't cleared my name in April 2015 cause I never even got blacklisted by them. They are so unprofessional and *********** for a UK company.
