Capfin are rogues

I recently paid off my loan with capfin and asked time and time again on the day if I would still be debited and I was reassured that I would not as it was way before the cut off date, and in which I believed them........ Guess what????..... I was still debited of the amount and when I called to ask about it all they could say was they are sorry about and there is nothing they can do, as I spoke to the manager Sumeya Asau all she could say was that these things happens, to me that is negligence as I was reassured that I would not be debited again........how can this happen and they think absolutely nothing about it and all they can say is sorry
