Capfin are relentless harassers.

During the pandemic I missed ONE installment of my cap fin loan. ONE! I have asked for covid relief or help and they have said NOPE they don’t offer that. I have asked to pay the extra installment and the end of the loan and they said NOPE they cannot do that. Then there said they put my name on credit bureaus as a bad payer. I missed ONE payment. I get several phone calls every day from CApfin. I make an arrangement to pay and still get harassed by their insessent calls. I am now going to get the ombudsman involved as I am being harassed.
