Capfin are a huge let down

I tried Appling for a loan online on the 26th of October, the website said I do not qualify and did not allow me to upload my documents. I called the call center and was told to wait 30 days. I tried again on Monday and the same thing happened.

I emailed the company with my querie and the reply was I was declined and to try AGAIN in 30 days... How am I being instantly declined if Capfin does not even have any documents stating what I earn etc?

Call center and email response can't answer my questions and offer no help except to wait 30 days again
