Capfin and VVM debt collectors a total *******
I took out a loan with Capfin in 2 ********** , stopped working in 2015 and could not continue paying the debit order. I started working again in 2017 when they had already handed me over to debt collectors known as VVM, in 2018 i set up a payment arrangement with VVM for my capfin debt where they started debiting on a monthly basis. The debt was about R2000 and we agreed on R350-R400 a month, they debited for 6 months and the debt was paid off, however i did not ask for a settlement letter as they stopped debiting and i assumed all was settled. Fast forward this year i received a call from VVM saying i owe Capfin R1300, i requested that they send me a statement from Capfin showing all transactions including the one debited by VVM. To this day i have not received the statement i received an SMS reading " the balance on your Capfin Acc ********** 2 has been reduced to R901.27 for 48 hours Call VVM now to qualify ********** 025"
Where is the statement?
Capfin and VVM are a total *******
