CAPFIN Account PAID but ITC not CLEARED

Last year early October 2014 I paid up My Capfin account . however after receiving my credit report yesterday , after 4 months , I realize my ITC has still not updated or cleared<br> I contacted Capfin call centre where the manager after taking down my details , assured me that the matter will be investigated and I would receive a phone call the very same day . However I still haven't received any communication <br> <br> Can SOMEONE please advise on how can my credit report be cleared ASAP , this is negatively affecting my credit scoring. should my ITC not be cleared , I will refer this matter to the Credit Ombudsman.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Angry Consumer<br>
