Capfin

<p>This morning i have received a message from Capfin stating that due to early Decemeber paydates they will deduct the installments early from 15 December.</p> <p>Subsequently i phoned Capfin about this, and state that my paydate does not change (they can even check my previous records). I spoken to one call centre agent who just said sorry the instruction is already sent to the bank. On the said date i wouldn't have money to service this, and any attempts by Capfin to go into my account will have a negative impact on my credit history.</p> <p>I find it very disheartening that no one is willing to listen to me as a consumer whose paying every month on time, I wouldnt recommend the capfin to anyone.</p>
