Breach of contract
<p>II took a loan with Capfin and the agreement was debit date will be on last day of the month and that they will only debit a day before if my debit date falls on weekends or public holiday now I just received an SMS stating they tried debit my account from absa this is Gona mess up my credit score and if I have any bank charges Capfin will pay I hate working with ppl that does pathetic service I dnt think I will ever do business with capfin</p>
