Being forced to have a debit order, when I am using another acceptable debit orde

I have an account and I paid off the "arrears"owing via the payment request link they send.My account balance started at 12000 some odd this month with your interest and I have paid R6063 round off leaving a balance of R6105 to settle bu May to me this means the account is up todate however I have suspended my debit order because why have an unnecessary debit order on my account when I am paying you via your payment link? You say the contract is breached for not having an active debit order, however that breach is remedied by me paying the funds via one of toyr other payment methods.I will not be reinstating the debit check and should you continue to mark my account as unpaid, when it is paid,I will.go to the Ombudsman for credit and the NRC to correct my information.

Also the current opening balance on the account is to be settled on the account over the next 3 months which is the term of the loan.I reiterate that I will not be instituting a debit order on my account as I do not want one and you are receiving payment from one of your acceptable payment channels,I could even pay you at Pep or Ackermans....

Hi please, read your investigation response.Your response.
Upon investigation you did not pay your debit order on time on the 15th of the month which is your agreed debit order date, nor did you honour the terms and conditions for your debit order to be collected via debit order.

Please note that Capfin reports on factual submissions to the bureaus which means that should we receive your debit order later than the 15th of the month via @payment debit order this information will be send to the bureaus. YOUR RESPONSE BUT LOOK AT YOUR NEXT POINT

We acknowledge receiving a total of R6061.91, using @payments on 10 February, 14 February, and 15 February 2024 a total amount of R6061.91.

SO YOU AKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU RECEIVED PAYMENTS BEFORE AND ON YOUR "DEBIT ORDER" YOU ALSO NOTE THAT TOTAL AMOUNT RECEIVED IS MORE THAN YOUR INSTALLMEMT OF R2117.

SO FACTUALLY THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PAID AND YOU DID RECEIVE YOUR DEBIT ORDER AND MORE THAN REQUIRED SO FACTUALLY YOU HAVE TO REPORT AS SUCH BECAUSE THAT IS THE FACT AS YOU STATED YOU ARE REQUIRED TO STATE FACTS AND FACT IS YOU DID RECEIVE YOUR INSTALLMENT BY AND ON THE 15TH OF THE MONTH AS AGREED.

Your next statement from your investigation "
Your account for February is currently up to date your next submission date to the bureaus will be on the 08 March 2024 which will state that your account is up to date for February."

MY NEXT PAYMENT IS THUS DUE ON OR BEFORE THE 15 MARCH THE CURRENT BALANCE AND SHOULD PAYMENTS BE MADE IN MARCH LEADING TO THAT DATE.THE PAYMENTS WILL BE IN ACCORDANCE TO AMOUNT TO ADD UP OR EXCEED INSTALLMENT TO SETTLE CAPITAL.BALANCE.
