BE CAREFUL OF LENDING MONEY FROM CAPFIN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! *******

My account has been handed over for collections first it was with Nimble and they informed me it's back with Capfin called Capfin whole week they can't provide me with a reference number nor a recording of my call. But yet calls are being recorded. I can't get through to the Holding company nr ***, which is the collection company, the phone doesn't ring at all. Spoke to Ziyanda Mantshi who said her manager, Ayndiswa Ngonya, said I should keep on phoning until the phone starts ringing one day. I asked to speak to the manager, manager can't come to the phone nor can the call be transferred to the manager. Plus Ziyanda said that the call we had won't show on the system?! Called Capfin customer service they gave me their legal department number *** which goes straight to an answering machine! So what pathetic services are capfin busy with? I'm trying to pay my account so it should accumulate more interest as no one can assist me! If they have their own collections department cos the number is the same as capfins contact number then why do they have this in place if this department doesn't work, no email address and no number that actually works!!!!!!!!!
