Bas Service

I have app**** for a loan on 06.05.15 via the sms service on which they requested a payslip to be send to them which was done the same day. up to today 13.05.15, 7 days later, I nothing has been updated, thus no joy with the loan. This after they`ve invited me. This is terrible customer service. I wonder if they will ever update the details that they`ve requested. They promised an answer within 48 hours, guess what it is 7 days later, Hello
