Bank charges

I onlu owe them R175 and made sure the money is not in the bank for 2 months they try to deduct my full instslment, now im having unpaid debit orders for R469 And the call centre have got s@itty attitudes when they phone you. So my question is, who is gonna pay my banking fees? may i have a s@itty attitude and demand ny banking fees from them?
