baffled

If I remember correctly I have always had a loan with your company I have always paid you every single month there isn't a month you have never received your payments but to my suprise your so called agent has the decency to tell me about my credit record with other companies that have absolutely nothing to do with your company and I must say iam baffled and iam so annoyed because if I was not desperate I would not even bother calling your call centre and you wouldn't bother sending me an sms of the loan amount available iam so ****ed off and can't wait to pay your co off
