Bad service ever

Bad service and rude call center agents

Called yesterday to follow up on my loan application two customer service agents cut my call. The last agent also spoke in the native language before ended my call. I've never experienced such service and the worst part is that they've been calling my friends offering them loans meanwhile they are failing to proceed with my application.
