Bad service
I settled my Capfin loan on 15 November 2017 .. today I tried to apply for a loan with Capfin and called into the call centre to have my cellphone number amended only to be told that I owe Capfin money and my account is with the legal department. I have the paid up letter in my possession so why am I being told I owe you money ?
