Bad service

I’m really annoyed about how you guys do things, I paid off my loan and even have a paid up letter however y’all are still showing under my credits profile that I owe you.

I’ve called your legal department more than once but she just keeps sending the paid up letter without removing the debt I guess.

This is really messing my credit score and your contact centre/ legal department isn’t no use!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need one of your consultants to call me right away or I will escalate this matter further to the ombudsman
